NOW THAT’S pure music!!
Web/ Graphic Designer,
with a passion for illustration
Just found my fashion illustration crafty cards =)
I just stumbled across this website, that shows and offers downloads of patterns from various designers. Unfortunately, their library hasn’t a lot of patterns yet, but I think that this is a nice project that has potential.
Besides, I’m fond of the web design and it’s navigation!!
I guess in circles of designers the so-called platform “Society6" is already well known. For those who haven’t heard of it yet keep reading the article, because it could change your life as well. No :P it’s not that serious but maybe you have always been on the lookout for an individually designed T-Shirt, iPhone cover, shower curtain….
Like I just described, it’s a platform where designers can upload their designs, all products are produced and shipped by Society6.
They offer a range of products varying from posters and laptop/phone covers to pillows and shower curtains. Recently, they just added duvet covers to their range of products, which I think is a pretty cool idea. I’m sure you also found yourself in the situation standing in the store wanting to buy bedding and wondering what boring or crazy designs they sell.
So, if you join the not so secret Society6 community as a designer you have to the possibility to create art and designs for various products besides the usual posters.
As a customer you can also join the community and contribute by writing comments or buying art from any designer- and trust me when I say there really are very talented ones.
Have fun designing, shopping or even both ;)

My new fashion illustration inspired by this gorgeous model’s outfit
Elie Saab Haute Couture Fall Winter 2014/2015
There’s just one way to say it: incredible designs!
Elie Saab’s show at Pavillon Cambon Capucines in Paris was a fairy tale given the gorgeous flawless fabrics and brilliant colour choices of ice blue, pink, champagne and white/grey.
Although I loved them all a highlight for me was the long sleeve dress with a floral pattern design on the top fading into a blueish blur of abstraction.
HAPPY 4th OF JULY!! =)
